The Amazfit Band 7 is a fitness band that has a rectangular display with rounded corners and thick bezels. It’s the same height as a 47mm Apple Watch Series 8, but only about half the width. There are no physical or capacitive buttons on the Band 7, so navigation happens only via swipe gestures.

The watch’s removable core has a 5ATM water resistance rating, so it should be fine for splashes and light submersion. The polycarbonate core unit houses the BioTracker 3.0 PPG biometric sensor, which measures heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and stress. There are two flat pins on the back for charging the device with the included magnetic charger. ..

The Amazfit Band 7 is a wearable device that has a strap and a core unit. The strap is soft and comfortable, and the core unit is light but has a pin buckle system that irritated me. Pressing the pin into the tiny cavity is a difficult task in and of itself, requiring a great deal of patience and pressure. The term “responsibility” refers to the act of determining whether or not a person is responsible for his or her own actions. This is needed especially for SpO2 monitoring, which otherwise simply won’t work.

The Amazfit Band 7 is a smaller-screened wearable that uses Zepp OS, which appears to have been tailored specifically for this device. While the display is smaller on the Band 7, it does have more space to show options at once, making it easier to navigate. Some apps, such as Calendar, are difficult to use on a small screen and look strange on a larger one.

The built-in apps are difficult to use and the side scroll-bar is not very helpful.

The main watch face on the Apple Watch is highly customizable, letting you add your own widgets and data-relaying features.
