Nintendo has taken legal action against piracy and emulation in the past, but it has also resumed its DMCA blitz. In response to the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet leak, Nintendo is now going after screenshots of Switch games that have been posted on the website SteamGridDB.
Six screenshots from six Nintendo Switch games were taken down on Wednesday, including The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Splatoon 3, and Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
Some people are uploading new Japanese game graphics to SteamGridDB in order to show off on their Steam library. However, Nintendo is only featured on the front page now.
